Access to Amami Oshima
There are two ways to go to Amami Island. Airplane or ferry. Direct flights are available from Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Kagoshima and Okinawa. The flight takes about 2 hours and 40 minutes from Tokyo, and only one hour from Kagoshima.
