"Canoeing trial"

-Mangrove park-

No matter your age or experience, everyone can enjoy canoeing at Mangrove Park.

You can choose a two-seater or one-seater canoe. We recommend that you bring a towel, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. Lavatories and showers are located by the reception office. Please keep valuables, mobile phones and other items that should not get wet, in one of our free lockers situated by the reception office. Please wear a life jacket and sandals. We also provide rain gear on rainy days.

1.Ticket purchase

Tickets are available to purchase from Mangrove Hall in front of the parking lot and must be handed to a member of staff at the canoe waiting area. It takes about 5 minutes on foot from mangrove hall to the canoe waiting area. The canoe waiting area has free lockers, restrooms and showers. The canoe platform is in front of the waiting area.

2.Canoe practice

Practice paddle rowing before your canoeing trial.

About the tides

-Canoeing trial-

The mangroves appearance changes depending on the tide, and these different states can be observed and enjoyed from the comfort of your canoe .

High tide

At high tide the tide fills the mangrove waterway and the canoe will be able to enter the mangrove tunnel.

Low tid

As the tide subsides you can see various forms of mangrove roots and crabs.
